This class is specifically for teens between the ages of 13 – 19. It is also specifically programed for teens with emphasis on technique before load.
Kids ages 8 – 12 can try this class and if they wish to join admittance to the class will be screened to make sure they have the maturity level to participate. Workouts are scaled for the kids.
